Vinson & Elkins said Thomas Knight has joined its energy regulatory practice in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Knight represents natural gas and storage companies before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Department of Energy, it said in a statement.
He’s been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Energy Law (2021 – 2025), among others, it said.
“Tom’s experience handling complex FERC and DOE matters is a natural complement to our Energy Regulatory practice and will prove instantly valuable to our clients,” said partner Jay Seegers, co-head of the firm’s energy regulatory practice.
