Anteris Advisors said Ken Bertsch joined the firm as Senior Advisor, having previously served as Executive Director of the Council of Institutional Investors and as President and CEO of the Society for Corporate Governance.
Mr. Bertsch is a recognized voice in corporate governance with more than 30 years of experience, and will support Anteris’ boards and management teams in navigating an increasingly complex environment, the firm stated.

Mr. Bertsch earned a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Williams College.
