Vinson & Elkins said Jennifer Zucker joined its Washington, D.C. office as a partner and co-head of the firm’s Government Contracts practice, having previously served at Greenberg Traurig as co-chair of government contracts.
Ms. Zucker has experience across all types of government contracting matters like high-stakes bid protests, complex contract disputes and terminations, government investigations and matters related to national security and classified programs, the firm stated.
She also serves as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve with 29 years of service and sits on the board of The COMMIT Foundation, it said.

Ms. Zucker is recognized by Chambers USA for Government Contracts (2024-2025) and Government Contracts: Bid Protests (2025), the company stated.
