Vinson & Elkins said Will Myer has joined the firm’s Denver office as a Corporate Partner to strengthen its transactional platform, having previously been at WilmerHale.
Mr. Myer has experience in strategic transactions like mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and joint ventures among others, the firm stated. He also has advised private equity sponsors across the full investment lifecycle.
“Will brings a strong track record advising clients across the energy, technology and industrial sectors, and a collaborative spirit that aligns perfectly with our culture,” said Sarah Morgan, Vinson & Elkins’ Managing Partner at the Denver office.
The firm opened its Denver office in 2024 as an strategic expansion to this fast-growing business market, and will relocate its Denver office at the end of May 2026 to 200 Columbine in Cherry Creek.
