Nick Buehner

Vinson & Elkins said Nick Buehner reunited with the firm as a partner in the real estate practice in Dallas. Mr. Buehner previously served as assistant general counsel at Trammell Crow Company, it said.
Mr. Buehner focuses on real estate investment, its development and asset management, representing private equity funds and developers in large-scale investments nationwide, the firm stated.
“Nick is well-known and well-liked across the firm for his skill, deep knowledge of the real estate industry, and dynamic, outgoing personality,” said Russell Oshman, Vinson & Elkins’ Managing Partner at the firm’s Real Estate office in Dallas.
Mr. Buehner holds a Bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Yale University. He also earned his Juris Doctor degree from Stanford University.
