Vinson & Elkins said it published its 2026 Energy Disputes Outlook examining the top 10 trends related to liquefied natural gas (LNG), renewable energy projects, and power purchase agreements, among others.
Key insights include LNG market volatility and contractual flexibility, small modular reactors, climate change litigation, fossil-fuel phase-out policies, and deep-sea mining challenges, the firm stated.
