Vinson & Elkins said Nicole Castle joined the firm’s Antitrust practice in New York, having previously served at McDermott Will & Emery.
Ms. Castle has experience on class action antitrust cases and multidistrict litigation, investigations before the FTC, DOJ, and state attorneys general, among others, the firm stated.
“She is a phenomenal complement to our renowned Antitrust practice, which routinely plays a leading role in many of the biggest civil and criminal antitrust matters,” said Craig Seebald, Vinson & Elkins Partner and a leader of the firm’s global Antitrust practice.
Ms. Castle has been recognized by Legal 500 US (2023-2024) as a leading professional in antitrust and unfair competition litigation, and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
