Jason Halper and Sara (Bussiere) Brauerman

Vinson & Elkins announced the addition of Jason Halper and Sara (Bussiere) Brauerman to the firm’s litigation practice in New York.
Halper is ranked among the leading securities litigators in New York in Chambers USA (2024), while Brauerman is the executive editor of the ABA’s Business Law Today publication, it said.
“Jason and Sara’s success representing companies in significant matters across the litigation spectrum — and their team-first approach to practicing law — have justifiably earned them a loyal client following and a leading reputation in the New York market,” said Keith Fullenweider, Vinson & Elkins Chair. “They will play a big role in the growth of our New York Litigation Practice.”
Halper earned a Bachelor degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law, while Brauerman earned a Bachelor degree from Lafayette College and a Juris Doctor degree from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law.
